Science is a popular subject at school. Pupils have enjoyed completing a wide range of practical activities and experiments during their science lessons this half-term. Here are just a few snippets: pupils have recreated a cell using jelly and sweets, dissected a sheep’s heart and tested the pH levels of plants.
We are delighted to open our satellite site near Meriden, Solihull. The site is set within beautiful countryside within The Heart of England and benefits from a large garden and paddocks. This will enable the school to extend our range of domestic animals and livestock to support our animal care courses.
The theme for this year is ‘Growing Together’ and throughout the week pupils have had the opportunity nto consider how they have grown and how they can help others to grow. Pupils took part in a range of team building, problem solving and wellbeing activities.
