Yesterday, our Year 7 students had the pleasure of visiting Bablake House as part of our growing partnership to tackle social loneliness and foster meaningful connections across generations.
This special visit offered our students a chance to spend time with the wonderful residents at Bablake, sharing stories, playing games, and simply enjoying each other’s company. From laughter over a board game to thoughtful conversations, it was heartwarming to see how quickly friendships blossomed.
Our mission to address social loneliness is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued. This initiative not only provides our students with enriching social experiences, but also reminds us all of the joy that comes from giving time and attention to others.
We are incredibly proud of our students for showing such kindness, curiosity, and respect. Their visit truly lit up the room – and it’s clear that both generations walked away with full hearts.
