This week, some of our students had the opportunity to go offsite and take part in an exciting fitness circuit as part of our extracurricular activities. They worked incredibly hard, showing resilience, teamwork, and determination to complete each challenge. From strength exercises to endurance drills, every student gave it their all, demonstrating the values we hold so close at Mill House School.
It’s moments like these that remind us how important it is to nurture not only academic growth but also physical and emotional well-being.
