Year 7 enjoyed their very first visit to Bablake. The pupils were excited to meet the residents and quickly got involved by helping staff serve tea, coffee and biscuits. They spent time chatting with residents and listening to stories from their younger years, gaining a fascinating insight into what life was like growing up during the Second World War. The visit was a wonderful opportunity for the students to build connections across generations, and they left feeling inspired by the memories and experiences that were shared with them.
