We are delighted to share an update from our partner school in Morocco, Zetouna Preparatory Secondary School in Ait Isaac.
As part of the joint initiative between the British Council and the Ministry of National Education, Primary Education and Sport, staff recently participated in a professional development event in Marrakesh under the theme “Reading for Pleasure.”
Following this, their English Club delivered an engaging presentation to pupils focusing on:
- The importance of reading for pleasure in developing language skills and confidence
- Insights into British culture and geography
- An introduction to Mill House School as their UK partner
- The launch and next steps of our shared initiative, The Pen Pal Project
The session generated enthusiastic discussion, with pupils showing strong interest in international collaboration and cultural exchange.
We are proud to be part of this meaningful partnership and look forward to strengthening connections between our pupils in the months ahead.
