The staff at Mill House School have been spreading the festive spirit this holiday season by participating in a special community project. Partnering with Relax Kids, a service that promotes mindfulness and relaxation for children, they came together to decorate the Grinch Tree at Coleshill Parish Church. This tradition invites local groups to design and decorate Christmas trees with creative themes. Mill House School and Relax Kids took inspiration from the beloved Dr. Seuss character, the Grinch, to create a tree that combines festive cheer with an important message about kindness, community, and transformation.
The tree features vibrant green decorations, whimsical baubles, and playful nods to the story of the Grinch, symbolizing the joy of the season and the power of belonging. Staff members poured their creativity into the project, using handmade ornaments designed and created by the Mill House students, and adding finishing touches that reflect Mill House’s values of community, care, and compassion.
