Our Year 9 students recently made a heartwarming return visit to Bablake House, reconnecting with residents for another afternoon of smiles, conversation, and community spirit.
Armed with teapots, coffee cups, and plenty of good cheer, the students enjoyed chatting with familiar faces, sharing stories, and even trying out a few hula-hooping moves together! The highlight of the afternoon, however, might just have been the introduction of Phoebe the dog, who proved to be a natural at making friends.
Visits like these are a wonderful reminder of the importance of intergenerational connection and the positive impact our pupils can have within the local community. We’re incredibly proud of our Year 9s for their kindness, enthusiasm, and willingness to give back.
